Experienced colleagues and friendly team
We strive to match everyone with an experienced buddy, mentor and/or coach. There are short consultations every week (or as often as necessary), where specific expertise can be requested and useful tips and templates are of course also shared.
Talking about the assignment is very valuable and often prevents things from being forgotten or receiving insufficient attention. And it's fun! Just like our Friday afternoon drinks, team outings and team building activities... which everyone can help organize!

We also invest in the development of soft and hard skills in regular training and knowledge sessions and workshops to increase member's value for our customer, but of course this also increases the value of the CV. Moreover, it is fun to gain and share knowledge in a team.
